Ingredients
- 20 Physalis (cape gooseberries), papery husks peeled back (grown in the garden)
- 100 g Dark chocolate

Method
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate gently in a bowl set over barely simmering water.
- Hold each physalis by its papery husk and dip about two-thirds into the chocolate.
- Place on the paper and chill for 15 minutes until set.
